Production Manager **Your Role and Responsibilities** You will optimize the Production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety
- _Work model: #LI-Onsite_ In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Facilitating significant improvements with respect to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost targets, meeting customer and stakeholder commitments in collaboration with local leadership.
- Promoting and implementing improvement programs and projects within their own area of responsibility, with a hands-on (Gemba) and problem-solving approach.
- Promoting a systematic fact-based approach to identify and evaluate opportunities for future improvement.
- Working towards disseminating a continuous improvement mindset and culture at all levels, activities, and functions to promote behavioral change for continuous performance improvement at local level. **Qualifications for the Role**
- Degree in Engineering or an experience in a manufacturing environment (not mandatory)
- You are skilled in problem-solving and solution-finding, comfortable working in a shopfloor environment.
- You are proficient in Excel, MS Office (Power BI and knowledge of AI tools like Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Loop are a plus).
