- Analyze historical data, market trends, and external variables to improve forecast accuracy
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term forecasting models leveraging also on R and Python.
- Collaborate with the Regional Demand Planning teams to incorporate business insights into demand history and forecasts.
- Identify forecast variances and investigate root causes, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
- Generate regular forecasting reports and dashboards to track KPIs and to support business reviews and decision-making.
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, processes, and systems.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of forecasting software tools and platforms.
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for strategic initiatives and planning cycles.
- Run portfolio segmentation, validating and fine-tuning outcomes with Regional Demand Planning teams
- Maintain and control the planning parameters relevant for forecasting **Summary of Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP or similar) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) is a plus. **Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion**:
