Williams & Company is offering an internship for a marketing student to work across several areas of brand management and marketing, including company branding, personal branding, athlete branding, content creation, social media collaborations, and platform management.

It’s a flexible, remote role with real growth potential — including the chance to eventually move into a larger tempo parziale or full-time position.

What You Will Do
Build and Lead the Athlete Portfolio: Identify and secure elite athletes who are interested in joining Team Williams, the portfolio of Williams & Company sponsored athletes, through our Sponsorship Program (www.williamsand.co/teamwilliams and www.williamsand.co/jointeamwilliams).
Collaborate with Athletes: Develop strategies for athletes that support them across personal branding, content creation, and external communication. Focus lies on the athletes personal branding, and the branding of the collaboration between the athlete and Williams & Company, including creating content, social media collaborations,



Wikipedia updates, etc.
Personal Branding: Develop and execute strategies related to personal branding of Williams & Company consultants, including creating content for LinkedIn.
Company Branding: Develop and executive marketing strategies related to Williams & Company as an organisation, including managing the LinkedIn Company Page, creating Canva content for LinkedIn in collaboration with consultants, and growing the platform.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor or Master's student or recent graduate in marketing, business administration, of management.
Fluent in English (C1+).
Currently living in Italy.
Immediately or quickly available.
