We are looking for a **Project Buyer** within Corporate Purchasing Department. The role requires the suppliers’ management for the given electronic projects (ECU, Cluster, On board Charger, DC-DC Converter), along the entire product life, starting from Acquisition phase until Mass Production, in particular the Project Buyer will be: - In charge of Project Cost and Feasibility activities during Acquisition phase, coordinating buy-parts cost calculation to support new offers to our customers
- Responsible for sourcing for assigned project, in cooperation with Commodity Buyers, including RFQ and offer negotiation and project award
- Cooperate with R&D;, Industrialization and Supplier Quality during Project Development and Project Reviews with suppliers for all the procured parts of a new product
- Sponsor of Technical Cost Reduction ideas during new product development in cooperation with R&D; and Manufacturing Engineering
- In charge of Engineering Change Management within assigned projects
- Responsible for Projects ramp-up and suppliers Capacity Monitoring during Start of Production




- Point of contact of Purchasing Department to the Project team, all Departments and Top Management in case of new projects development **Main requirements**: - Master degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic Engineering
- Proven experience in automotive field dealing with electronic or electric products (Microprocessor, Diode, Driver, Integrated circuit, Transistor, Memory, Discrete, PCB, Transformers, TFT, LCD, etc..)
- Fluent in English and Italian; nice to have other foreign language
- Required background from Tier-1 international automotive companies or Tier-2 midsize commodity firms **Skills**: - results oriented and entrepreneurial mindset

- interest for new cultures and available for international business trips **Work location**: Codogno (LO), Rolo (RE), Cinisello Balsamo (MI), Torino, with the possibility of working from home 8 days a month
