Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative for Mobile products to be based in the italian plant in Niella Tanaro, Cuneo. **Main Responsibilities in this Role**
- Regularly visit existing/potential customers, end users, workshops, 3rd party service providers as necessary to identify all Grove parts & service market players.
- Understand where/why/how and at which price their service and replacement parts are sourced from.
- Provide input to all internal interested parties to optimize pricing, promotions and solutions, thereby gaining service market share and parts penetration.
- Sell parts & services
- Provide input to Regional Management for annual Crane Care revenue and margin plans. **To be Successful in this Role**
- Crane product knowledge.
- English language.
- Ideally technical background
- Appetite for growth,
- Sense of ownership, accountability, execution - entrepreneur mindset.
Good communication skills.
- Ability to listen, customers focus.
