Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Independent Sales Consultant to generate new business and build strong client relationships. This role offers attractive earnings through performance-based rewards, including 30% revenue share on acquired clients and 20% profit-sharing on select projects. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, outreach, and lead generation strategies.
- Present DigiTran’s solutions to potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend tailored offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding with our delivery teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and market positioning. What We Offer

- Ability to understand technical solutions and present them in business-friendly terms. Compensation Earnings are fully performance-based with uncapped potential. On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $25,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on results achieved.
