TP in Greece is looking for **Customer Experts** to represent one of the most recognized international courier and logistics companies, known for its express delivery services and real-time tracking across the globe. **As a Customer Expert, you will**: - Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup.
- Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues following documented procedures.
- Maintain high levels of ownership, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with procedures, tools, and service standards. **Requirements**: - Excellent **Italian** language skills (spoken and written).
- Very good **English** language skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems.
