Cargo coordination with headquarters
- Cargo coordination with European stations (import / export)
- Cargo coordination with warehouses and other service providers in Malpensa Airport and other cooperative warehouses in Italy.
- Input and query of data in operation system
- Planning of cargo loading and unloading
- Supervision loading/unloading on ramp for flight operation and completion of documentations
- Also be required to complete some operational tasks on an ad hoc basis.
- Checking and auditing bills and invoices from the vendors
- Others related to office administrative job **Requirements**: - Please provide English resume
- Without experience is welcome and willing to be trained.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or airline industry is desirable
- Fluent in Italian and English




- Able to deal with and capable of using computer and Windows / Word / Excel
- Spirit of team work
- Readiness for shift work - base on flight operation and company needs
- Driving license B
