He/She will be responsible for customer operational efficiency as well as technical service sales, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. In detail: - Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from contract signing to machine delivery, commissioning and after sales activities as per internal and customer requirements;
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements and company goals;
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity;
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans;
- Manage all technical aspects and customer responses;
- Successfully match solution proposed to customer versus customer pains /requirements;
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and final handover documents;
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations,



and company policies;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and effective communication and sales process;
- Support customers who have issues with installed products by recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery. **Basic requirements**: - Work experience in globally operating / multinational companies in similar position is a benefit,
- Proven experience in project management within the packaging machinery/food processing equipment is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preffered;
- Good knowledge of technical software as Autocad, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented mindset;
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English and, preferably, knowledge of Spanish;
