**Job description**
As a Sales Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within the organisation by providing actionable insights and analysis to our Sales and Customer Marketing Team. Your primary focus will be on developing advanced analytical models and identifying key trends and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, create visualizations, and deliver reports to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. **Responsibilities**: - Weekly and monthly reporting update: Support the sales team providing reports and insights
- Business Analysis: Help in providing timely and insightful analysis on sales performance, in particular provide data quality and accurate analysis based on the performance of B2B E-commerce and customers behavior on the platform to identify trends and patterns
- CRM and promotion support: Prepare checklists for CRM and promotional campaigns on Y&S;, defining criteria for target profiling and supporting the segmentation of customers in order to identify the most effective promotions
- Loyalty Program: Perform monthly calculation of customer points,



monitor performance of program members, and identify specific KPIs and correlations with B2B E-commerce Y&S; ordering trends.
- Support the Sales Analysis Team in related projects arising that may require your involvement.
- Create visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Tableau Dashboard Management: Update and maintain existing Tableau dashboards and develop new ones to support business needs
- Scope of work: Safilo Italy, CRM and B2B E-commerce, Customer Marketing **Requirements**: - Bachelor degree in Economics/Statistics or equivalent
- Very good on Office (advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of BEx Analyzer Tool, R Studio and Tableau
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets, using statistical tools and techniques
- Proficient in English
