Responsibilities:
- Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracyandtimelyexecution with approved vendors.
- Supplier Management: Build andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration,to quotation and negotiation phases.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identifyand drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and defineappropriate replenishmentstrategies.
- Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Data & Documentation Management: Ensure data accuracy andmaintainstandardized procurement documentation across systems.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency.

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management, Engineering, ora relatedfield.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experiencein purchasing, supply chain, or a related operational role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Procurement Knowledge: Understanding ofpurchasingprocesses, supplier management, and inventory control principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage andmaintaindata accuracy across systems.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with different departments in an international environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive negotiations in complex environments.
- Systems Affinity: Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools is considered a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English isrequired; additionallanguages are an advantage in
