The Candidate




A detail-oriented tourism professional skilled at building strategic partnerships and developing standout travel experiences from concept to launch. Combines creativity, data-driven thinking, and operational expertise to manage products end-to-end while collaborating across teams, negotiating with suppliers, and driving portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
Development & Optimization of Experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to grow our product catalog
- Audit current offerings and identify gaps, overlaps, or underperformers
- Improve product quality and pricing through supplier collaboration
- Help secure exclusive or high-converting experiences that support business goals

Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage product listings in our CMS, ensuring pricing, logic, and visuals are accurate
- Own the backend setup and QA of experiences for launch readiness
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are properly tagged and placed
- Monitor product performance and flag issu
