Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will
be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of
la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The
property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a

spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking

Sommelier Maïtre, you will be responsible for delivering an
exceptional wine experience to our guests, from presentation and
service to expert advice and cellar management. Your main
responsibilities will include: Serve wines at the table following
professional standards: opening, decanting, presentation and
commentary, tasting, and serving by the glass Maintain excellent
knowledge of all wine products Contribute to high-quality guest
reception and service Perform end-of-service tasks: cleaning,
organizing, and preparing for the next service Ensure all work
areas are kept in optimal condition (cleanliness, maintenance, and
