For our office in Cusago (MI) we are now looking for a **Project Manager.** As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the full-cycle project completion for clients. You communicate with internal and external clients and perform all Project Management tasks required to control, report and close out the projects successfully. **What You Will Do**: - Lead full-cycle project management, ensuring alignment with project specifications and contractual commitments.
- Manage international EPC driven projects
- Analyse project documentation to define scope, client expectations, budget, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project goals, scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Assemble and manage project teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely execution in line with the project plan.
- Proactively identify and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Monitor financial performance, maintain budget control,



and provide regular status reports to Engineering, Operations, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and closeout procedures.
- Oversee sub-supplier activities, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with construction/commissioning teams to integrate progress, cost, and scope updates into the overall execution plan (where applicable).
- Maintain comprehensive project control documentation throughout the project lifecycle and ensure quality standards are met through continuous monitoring and control.
- Motivate and guide project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Engage with key stakeholders as needed, including international travel.
- Conduct face-to-face negotiations with clients to resolve issues and align expectations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of global and regional processes. **What We Are Looking For**: - 5 years of international project management and related experience with industrial manufacturing and/or EPC experience
- Experience with Heating/Process Systems would be an advantage.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
