If you are able to think and act in a cooperative way, establish a successful collaboration with others, put the customer at the heart of your thoughts and actions, always strive to provide a service of excellence, aspire to outstanding results, and use your resources sustainably, you are best equipped for us. **DUTIES** As a **Contracts Intern**, you will support internal stakeholders by assisting in the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts while gaining hands-on experience in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The activities will include (but are not limited to): - Assist in drafting, reviewing, managing & maintaining Business Unit commercial and contractual arrangements (e.g. sales contracts, teaming agreements, collaborative arrangements, licence agreements, NDAs, etc);
- Relate to the customers and subcontractors,



facilitating the transfer of information and monitoring the performance of the Agreements verifying compliance with the project’s milestones;
- Support managing highly complex documentation, in coordination with all company functions, with different disciplines, in national and international contexts;
- Deal with the retrieval of the tender documentation on sites or databases;
- Collaborate with internal Teams, such as Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Finance to facilitate contracts approval and execution. **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economic field;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.). **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Strong interest in law, contract law and compliance matters;
- Excellent knowledge of contract management;
- International, cross-jurisdictional experience and exposure;
- Highly developed critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent judgement and decision making skills;
- Ability to work in international and multicultural contexts, as well as in multidisciplinary teams;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;




- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
