Our client is a leading Architecture Firm based in Milan, with several international offices. With a view to developing its business and expanding its central Management Team, they tasked us with the Research and Selection of a Business Development Manager. **Posizione**: - Define the Firm's Business Development pipeline, coordinating with the Board and within the Company's current offering, planning and implementing the strategic commercial Plan;
- Coordinate Business Development activities in constant dialogue with all relevant Company departments, with a particular focus on international markets (primarily EMEA, but not limited to);
- Develop new direct contacts, assuming responsibility for the Business Development activities,

and contributing to the Company's budget dynamics and commercial priorities;
- Relate to the Board via reports, milestones, progress status, and targets achieved. **Requisiti**: - Proven experience, at least 5-10 years in the same specific role, with international focuses and achieved commercial successes;
- Proven references: international network and knowledge of strategic stakeholders in connected businesses;
