You will be tracking all points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer satisfaction. Your primary accountabilities will be:

- Handle new store openings in collaboration with customer.
- Check the level of service.
- Analyze our main KPI.
- Take active part in the resolution of issues with customers.
- Be the liaison between customer needs and company departments. **What you’ll need**: In order to be successful in this role you’ll need: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or economics
- At least two years of experience in a similar role or customer service
- A good knowledge of Power BI is a plus!
- Flexibility and availability to frequent business trips
- A strong passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communications skills
- Great time management of your own schedule and organizational skill
- Well-developed analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude
