- We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Account has the responsibility of an assigned territory (Sicilia, Calabria, Sardegna) for the achievement of specific sell -out targets and for the improvement of brand’s positioning. In charge of all relationships and negotiations with retailers and guarantee right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI. **Job responsibilities**: - Take orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment’s terms and conditions
- Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans
- Make monthly reports and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door and market analysis
- Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock management
- Present novelties in detail and constantly map and monitor competitors
- Be accountable for excellence in the execution of Visual Merchandising at POS, ensuring it is implemented following brand guidelines
- Continue to elevate distribution, through ongoing assessments. **Profile**: - Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail
- Business acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brand
- Willingness to travel (driving licence must have)
- Analytical skills (Office suite)
- proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrity

- Fluent in English

A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli.
