- You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay
- You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out
- Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians
- You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities
- You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one
- You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job
- Last but not least; you’re a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then **YOUR PROFILE**- You belong to the protected categories as defined by Law 68/99
- You possess initial experience (min. 1 year) as night audit and are passionate about hospitality
- You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
- You are a people person,



you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
- You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together
- You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
