Posizione
Provide legal advice on civil, commercial, and corporate law matters, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations;
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, templates, and letters supporting the company’s business activities;
Manage pre-litigation issues with clients, suppliers, and third parties, providing targeted legal support;
Revise contractual documentation already prepared by the company, ensuring alignment with current legislation and best drafting practices.
Requisiti
Master’s Degree in Law;
At least 3-4 years of professional experience in legal departments of companies with international presence or in law firms;




Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property rights;
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken;
Accuracy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in complex organizations.
