These essential elements ensure every experience is unique and unforgettable for our customers_ **JOB PURPOSE** To expand our administrative team, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist with at least 6 years of experience, capable of independently managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting.
Previous experience with the SAP accounting system, knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, background in the Food & Beverage sector, and a good command of written and spoken English are considered a plus. **RESPONSABILITIES**
- Management of customer and supplier accounting (accounts receivable and payable)
- Supervising of intra-EU (CEE) and extra-EU (extra-CEE) invoices,
both customers and suppliers
- Bank reconciliations and general accounting entries
- VAT settlements and periodic tax compliance
- Management of leasings
- Monthly closing entries
- Support the function manager during monthly closings for the HQ
- Cash flow management
- Interaction with external auditors and other stakeholders **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** At least 6 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Excellent knowledge of general accounting, VAT, accounts receivable and payable
Knowledge of SAP system (FI/CO modules)
Good command of Excel and main IT tools
Good command of English, both written and spoken
High school diploma in accounting and/or degree in Economics
Autonomy, precision, and organizational skills
