We are seeking a highly capable and motivated **Analyst** to support the strategic and operational evolution of the Wire Harnesses Centre of Excellence (WHCoE). The role will have a **dual focus**: (1) supporting **production planning and capacity analysis** across multi sites network, and (2) enabling **data-driven decision-making** through structured, actionable insights. Acting as a **transversal connector** across departments—production, planning, work analysis, quality, logistics, and engineering—the Analyst will contribute to **harmonized workload management**, **information standardization**, and **process optimization** across geographies. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Workload and Capacity Coordination**:
Drive top-down workload and capacity analysis across the three manufacturing sites to optimize resource allocation and production efficiency.
- ** Data Management and Insight Generation**:
Extract, structure, and analyze large datasets to produce actionable intelligence for decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.
- ** Cross-Functional Integration**:
Act as a liaison between departments (production, planning, work analysis, quality, engineering) to align data systems with process realities and performance targets.
- ** User-Centered Improvement Initiatives**:
Anticipate final-user needs (especially planners, engineers, production managers) and proactively develop tools or dashboards to enhance decision quality and daily operations.
- ** Reporting and Visualization**:
Build and maintain performance dashboards using Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on KPIs, process monitoring,



and production control.
- ** Process Understanding and Synthesis**:
Deeply understand production and planning flows to synthesize technical complexity into clear, high-value reporting models and recommendations.
- ** Tool Development**:
Design and deploy operational tools that improve reliability, execution speed, and user autonomy across production support activities.
- ** Knowledge Sharing & Standardization**:
Share best practices across geographies and support standardization of data, processes, and planning tools across sites.
- ** Cross-site Engagement**:
Ensure effective collaboration across international teams (English required) and participate in periodic site visits to align on operational practices.
- ** Progressive Authority Building**:
Develop credibility and influence by structuring information flows and demonstrating increasing ownership of the data-process-insight chain. **Qualifications**: - Strong analytical skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; able to operate in an international, multi-site environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to UK and Poland.
- Background in Industrial, Mechanical or Management Engineering preferred. **Seniority**:
