As Receptionist Shift leader you are the point of contact for the team during shift. You and the team are personally engaged in the Moxy brand, and have the knowledge and experience to bring it to life. We are looking for someone with experience at the reception of a hotel and who is ready to take the next step as Shift leader. You know how to manage your own work at the reception, make the guests happy and assist your crew with any question they have. Main Tasks and responsibilities
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
- Manage all bills and payments correctly
- Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
- Handle Customer Service and Guest Relations
- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

- Good understanding of computer handling (Opera, MICROS)
