We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Business Developer with 3-4 years of experience to build and develop the Italian market for . We’re looking for someone proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology and sales, who will play a key role in accelerating ’s international growth.

Responsabilities:

- Drive Ringr’s growth in Italy and internationally by identifying and developing relationships with B2B companies.
- Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.




- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
- Advise clients on how Ringr’s AI solutions can improve their business processes.
- Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, visit clients, and track commercial performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
- Represent Ringr as a brand ambassador in every interaction with customers and partners.

Requirements:

- Native or fluent Italian and fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Milan-based, with a willingness to spend the first month in our Madrid office for onboarding and training, and to travel to Madrid occasionally thereafter when required.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
