Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski;, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet all spa guests warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Manage spa reservations, confirm bookings, and coordinate with therapists on schedules.
- Provide information on treatments, wellness services, and facilities, answering guest inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the spa reception and relaxation areas.
- Upsell treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Spa Manager when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and hygiene standards.
- Support spa team members in delivering seamless operations and exceptional service. CONNECTION
- Build genuine relationships with guests by anticipating needs and personalizing their spa journey.
- Collaborate with therapists and wellness team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote Cloud 7’s values of care, inclusivity, and wellness through every interaction. INNOVATION
- Use spa booking systems and digital tools to streamline guest services.
- Suggest creative ways to promote spa services and increase guest engagement.
- Share guest feedback to continuously improve spa experiences. CURATION
- Curate welcoming, peaceful, and memorable spa experiences that align with the alpine lifestyle.
- Ensure treatment schedules, relaxation areas, and amenities are tailored to guest expectations.
- Present spa services and products with knowledge and authenticity. LEADING THE WAY
- Uphold service excellence by being a role model of warmth and professionalism.
- Promote wellness, sustainability, and healthy living as part of the spa journey.
- Support a culture of continuous learning and development within the spa team. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or guest services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of spa/wellness treatments and products is an asset.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
