Guydeez is seeking passionate locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional guide license is required — just strong local knowledge, a warm personality, and the ability to create memorable experiences. **Role Overview**

- Lead engaging walking tours through Florence’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden treasures
- Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
- Customize each tour to guests’ interests and pace
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable,

- Optionally host food-focused or culinary experiences **Who We’re Looking For**
- Excellent knowledge of Florence’s history, culture, and attractions
- Fluent in at least one of: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, or Chinese
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in hosting small groups
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
