And that’s where you come in. **Accountabilities**: - Support the definition of Category Procurement Strategy for Telecom Security & Control;
- Implement a complete sourcing package and respect project objectives (quality/timing/economics/risks) by leading project sourcing activities with bidding/project team and specific Category stakeholders;




- He/she shall have contracting skills and be able to manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers; **Required Skills/ Knowledge**: - Technical Background;
- From 1 up to 3 years of Procurement expertise;
- Cost & Commercial Acumen;
- Benchmarking and risk management;
- Agreements;
- Suppliers relationship;
- Negotiation;
- Statutory Policies and Organizational Processes;
- Suppliers qualification processes and methods;
- Vendor rating and suppliers monitoring;
- IT Tools (Ms Office, SAP, E- Auction etc.);
- Procurement Planning Methods;
- Reporting;
- Purchasing Process and Procedures; **Education/Qualifications**: - University Degree (Engineering, Economics, Law) or Equivalent Technical Background;
