Position: ITALIAN SPECIALTY CHEF DE CUISINE Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of chefs in daily food preparation and service
- Ensure top-tier food quality, taste, and presentation across all meals
- Monitor budgets, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Enforce HACCP and global public health standards at all times
- Collaborate with senior chefs on menu execution, recipe development, and training
- Conduct daily tastings, kitchen walkthroughs, and guest feedback follow-ups **Requirements**: - Strong background as Chef de Cuisine
- Proven experience in Italian cuisine (fine dining, luxury hotels, or Michelin-level kitchens)
- Previous cruise experience _(preferred, not required)_
- Formal culinary training / diploma
- STCW certification & C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain)
