Position: Technical Support Specialist - Agricultural Machinery Navigation Location: Italy (home-based with travel) Role Summary:
Provide technical support for agricultural navigation systems, assisting customers, distributors, and partners with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and after-sales support. Main Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure agricultural navigation systems for tractors, sprayers, harvesters, and other machinery. 2. Provide timely technical support, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions. 3. Deliver on-site training for users, distributors, and partners. 4. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Travel for field support as required (~50%; higher during peak seasons). 1. Experience operating or supporting agricultural machinery. 2. Knowledge of guidance or auto-steering systems is a plus. 3. Strong communication and training skills. 4. Quick learner with software and digital tools. 5. Strong technical problem-solving ability. Languages & Requirements:
1. Fluent Italian. 2. Eligibility to work in Italy. 3. English for internal communication. Pay: €2,000.00 - €3,500.00 per month
