**ROLE SUMMARY**: The **International School of Monza** is a well-established IB World School offering a high-quality international education from Early Years through to the Diploma Programme. The school is known for its welcoming community, modern learning environments, and commitment to inquiry-based, student-centred learning. - ** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Supervise students during lessons, breaks,



and transitions as required.
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations.
- Communicate professionally with staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.
- Adapt quickly to different classes, routines, and teaching styles.
- **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**: Full right to work in Italy.
- Residence within a commutable distance to the International School of Monza.
- Availability to work with a **2-week notice period** or shorter, where possible.
- A recognised teaching qualification **or** relevant experience working with children in educational settings.
- A flexible, positive approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience in IB schools is helpful but not essential.
