**Our company** At our Indian and Ceylonese restaurant in the heart of Hilversum in the Netherlands, it’s all about experience, flavor, and hospitality. We are looking for three new independent working cooks I. **Your role**
- You ensure all ingredients and tools are ready and prepare dishes to perfection.
- You monitor the taste, quality, and presentation, manage stock, and work safely in accordance with HACCP and safety guidelines.
- You plan daily kitchen needs, manage orders, and minimize waste.
- You keep the kitchen and equipment clean and solve small issues independently.
- You contribute ideas for the menu, develop and refine recipes, and translate them into clear instructions.
- You lead colleagues, train junior staff,



and maintain workflow even during busy periods. **Your profile**
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level.
- Proven knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Speaks Dutch or English.
- You show genuine interest in others, motivate and build trust.
- You take initiative, safeguard quality, and stay calm under pressure. **We offer**

- Salary between **€2,500 and €3,000**, depending on experience (according to the collective labour agreement).
- Travel allowance, clean work clothing, and opportunities for growth through training.
