This role is essential for the guest experience and the proper functioning of our retreat center. Ideal for someone who takes pride in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Retreat Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable — from arrival to departure. **Key Responsibilities Include**: - Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all guests
- Supporting concierge-style services and guest needs
- Ensuring guest areas are consistently clean, organized, and inviting
- Assisting with buffet setup, food service flow, and menu explanations
- Communicating guest feedback and special requests to management
- Collaborating across departments to maintain high service standards
- Representing Locanda Cugnanello with professionalism at all times **Qualifications**: - Authorization to work in Italy otherwise visa sponsorship can be offered
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of Italian
- Hospitality or tourism experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Flexible availability and a proactive, positive mindset
