- You have experience within a customer service environment
- You have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- You are passionate about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile
- You have reasonable computing skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- You’re flexible in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- You can meet deadlines with a positive approach
- You can work independently, and as part of a team
- Available to work weekends a must
- Comfortable working various shifts in our 24/7 operation including holidays **The Role**
- Advise travelers about the different products that we offer to enhance their travel experience
- Create new bookings, as well as make changes to existing bookings
- Help travelers redeem their credits and vouchers
- Assist with fraud checks and processes
- Capture required data and process through appropriate systems
- Enter traveler information into our database
- Keep up to date with promotions & special offers
- Ensure traveler satisfaction by following up to resolve problems
