Show Me Italy is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Experience Manager to oversee and manage our Rome Catacombs tours. This role is perfect for someone who loves history, logistics, people, and delivering unforgettable travel experiences. As Experience Manager, you’ll be the key person ensuring our Catacombs tours run smoothly, professionally, and at the high standard our guests expect. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Rome Catacombs tours
- Coordinate with guides, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure excellent guest experience from start to finish
- Handle schedules, logistics, and on-site problem-solving
- Maintain quality standards and continuously improve the tour experience **Requirements**: - Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
- Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
- Experience in tourism, experiences, operations,



or tour management preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities on-site
