For our school in Forlì, we are looking for an energetic and inspiring Academic Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping the academic excellence of our centre. languages, and working with children Your Mission As our Academic Coordinator, you will: Drive the implementation of all Kids&Us; academic protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence across every class Uphold and continuously reinforce the school’s quality standards in line with Kids&Us; academic KPIs Support, mentor, and collaborate with the teaching team to deliver outstanding learning experiences Work closely with the School Director on all academic planning and decision-making Act as a key reference point for all academic matters within the school Requirements: Residence in Forlì or nearby areas Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher) Advanced or Proficiency level in Italian (C1 or higher) Teaching experience is a plus, but not essential Clean criminal record (Certificate of Carichi Pendenti) Strong organizational and planning skills A genuine passion for working with childr
