An FX Sales Trader plays a crucial role in the financial markets, particularly in the foreign exchange (FX) sector. This role is dynamic and requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. **Key responsibilities**: As an FX Sales Trader, you will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored FX solutions
- Monitoring and analyzing foreign exchange markets to provide clients with timely and relevant market insights
- Executing FX trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identifying and managing risks associated with FX trading activities,
adhering to internal and external risk management policies
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base through proactive sales efforts
- Maintaining accurate records of all trading activities and preparing regular reports for clients and management
- Working closely with other departments, such as compliance, operations, and research, to ensure seamless service delivery. **Essential experience & skills**: We want to set you up for success and we believe these experiences and skills will help you thrive in this role: - +3 years of experience as FX Sales/Corporate Sales (B2B)
- Fluent Italian and good English speaker. Other languages are a plus
- Experience of working in a commercial bank or an FX broker dealing with SME's will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to develop sales strategies through your commercial acumen and ambition
- Comfortable with a phone sales approach
- Ability to work in a Team
