**Key Responsibilities**:
For our Milan office, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented **Sales Manager (M/F/d)** to support our continued growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on Independent Media Agencies and direct brand clients. You will represent FRAMEN in the market and contribute to raising awareness of the value of contextual advertising solutions. **Job requirements**: - Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, focusing on high-potential business opportunities and managing the sales process from first contact to contract conclusion.
- Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline with Independent Media Agencies in Italy and establish long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advise clients on campaign strategies and align FRAMEN’s inventory with their marketing and communication goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, including sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasting. **Your profile**: - 1-3 years of professional experience in media sales, with focus on AdTech, digital advertising, or a comparable commercial role.
- Experience working with or for media agencies or advertising partners is an advantage.
- Proactive and target-oriented working style, with the ability to independently develop new business relationships, combined with persistence and strong communication skills.




- Ability to work with data and performance indicators (e.g. footfall, share of voice) to support client recommendations and investment decisions.
