Join us in shaping our future-and yours. **What you will do** The **Technical Operations Scientist**is responsible for different types of projects within the manufacturing process area (as for example mixing, filling, cleaning and sanitization, in both engineered & liquids departments): - Responsible for conducting research in assigned areas under direct supervision using established methodology. Conducts moderately complex experiments and analyzes and interprets the results. Keeps accurate records of work undertaken. Reviews case report forms for accuracy and completeness. Provides solutions to problems of moderate complexity and exercises judgment within standard policies and procedures to determine appropriate action. Provides documentation to help supervisor with the preparation of technical reports, manuscripts, and other documents that record data or results. Prepares scientific drawings and diagrams.
- Presents own data at in-house meetings. Writes and updates protocols, test methods and standard operating procedures. Participates in the origination or direction of experiments, through the development of methodologies.
Uses and applies moderately complex principles and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Support Tec Ops project pipeline, working in partnership with the other functions involved in the project, such as: Production, Quality, R&D; and other departments, to support the manufacturing sites in delivering business results. Execute the assigned projects E2E and responsible for metrics tracking on assigned tasks/projects.
- Provide proper technical support to problem solving and root cause analysis for Investigations and CAPA.
- Support Pomezia EHS & Quality activities and Audit Validation Scientist responsible for: - execute the assigned validation activities end to end in accordance with the validation policy, SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements, aligned with Supervisor, in Engineered & Liquids area prior to initial commercial release of the product. **What we are looking for** Required Qualifications
- University master’s degree in Chemistry (or scientific equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in science role
- Good level of English
- Good Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
- Good command of statistical tool, ideally Minitab
- Adaptability and Agility: ability to adjust thinking and behavior to changing situations - internal, external and interrelated aspects **What’s in it for you**
