- Hardware procurement management support
- Asset inventory update
- Regulatory research and IT governance best practices
- Support for documentation and process automation
- Collaboration with IT and Networking teams
- Analysis and reporting (budget management) and compliance **Requirements**: - Good written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of technological infrastructure: servers, storage devices, clients, network equipment, and all hardware components necessary to support IT operations
- Interest in IT, governance, and compliance
- Good organizational, analytical, and technical writing skills
- Autonomy, precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and problem-solving
- The following are a plus: - Familiarity with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Knowledge of PowerPoint for creating technical presentations
- Familiarity with PowerShell or other automation tools **Professional Experience / Seniority**
- Not required, some academic or IT project experience is preferred. **Qualifications**
- Enrollment in a degree program (undergraduate or graduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Security or similar fields. **Modality**
