As an Operations Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering the highest quality trips in your designated destinations. The person into this role will be entirely responsible for the production of bus services and will look after the entire process of it including contracting old and new suppliers within the given budgets; allocate and confirm all tour services especially during high season when the accessible vehicles are not enough; management of the emergencies that might arise; quality control of the services,



invoices and payments’ reconciliation. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**S
- Experience in working with tourism suppliers bus companies above all
- Knowledge of European trip operations
- Experience in travel & business in the region
- An understanding of the global sales trends in travel **OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Problem solving attitude is crucial to succeed in this role
