Are you looking for your next exciting career move? British Transport Police has an excellent opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join our Wellbeing, Health and Safety team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and fire matters, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive safety culture across the organisation. **What you’ll be doing**: - Provide competent health, safety and fire advice to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend improvements.
- Investigate incidents and ensure lessons learned are embedded into organisational practices.
- Support operational events and major incidents by providing on-site health and safety guidance. **What you’ll bring to the team**: - Tech IOSH membership (or working towards Grad IOSH) and a recognised Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH/NCRQ or equivalent).
- ISO45001 Lead Auditor qualification and Level 3 Fire Safety certification.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. **Additional Information**:
