For our EMEA Headquarters in **Milan,**Amplifon is looking for a dynamic and talented individual to join our **Retail Excellence team**supporting in optimizing sales strategies and generating new business opportunities. You'll be in charge of: - Supporting the Regional team in designing and implementing optimization initiatives in EMEA countries
- Acting as a project manager to deliver analysis and generate business insights within a complex framework
- Supporting the team to nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for retail performance analysis
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations **You are the right person if you**: - Hold a Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relational and team building skills
- Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI is a plus
