Late 2024, we expanded our capabilities by acquiring F.A.T.I., a renowned company in Italy specializing in process heaters. This acquisition allows us to enhance our range of electric heaters used in various industries around the world. **The role**:
As Supervisor, Project Coordination, you will lead and supervise the project coordination team, ensuring projects and orders are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual, financial,



and quality expectations. You are accountable for setting priorities, allocating workload, guiding daily execution, and keeping projects on track, while acting as a key interface with customers and internal stakeholders. **Key ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities**: - Lead, coach, and support the Project Coordination team, setting clear priorities, responsibilities, and expectations
- Plan and oversee endtoend project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, costs, margins, and quality targets
- Approve project baselines and ensure planning accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams (engineering, supply chain, production, quality) to ensure smooth execution
- Act as the main point of escalation and customer contact for timing, milestones, and contractual matters
- Monitor project performance, workload distribution, and risks, and take corrective action where required
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and change requests
- Lead progress and review meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability
- Ensure structured project closeout, including KPI review, lessons learned, and final reporting **ExperienceBackground**: - Experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in an industrial or engineering environment
- Experience leading or supervising teams, formally or informally
- Good understanding of planning, cost control, and customer-facing project execution
- Technical or engineering background is a plus
