preparation of FEM model
- execution of computational modal and forced dynamic response analysis
- processing and understanding of analysis results
- work with customers and propose design changes to improve the structural and dynamic behavior of mechanical
- systems for Engines, Transmissions, E-Axle, etc., based on analysis results
- final report preparation
- work with System Integration Engineer to define timing and deliverables for each assigned project
- knowledgeable in the computational analysis activity he is working on, fully accountable when dealing with both
- internal and external interfaces
- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Physics (PhD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of structural dynamics physics based on analysis (at least 3 years working experience preferred)
- FEM analysis tools (HyperWorks Suite, including Optistruct solver, Beta ANSA pre-processor)
- Knowledge of optimization and automation tools
- Fluent English both spoken and written
