What We Are Looking For: The HR Coordinator – International Projects is a key contributor within the Human Resources function, responsible for coordinating and driving HR initiatives across multiple countries. The role ensures consistency, alignment, and effective implementation of global HR policies and processes, supporting organizational growth and acting as a strategic link between Headquarters, local HR teams, and international stakeholders.Position Purpose
To provide integrated and structured coordination of international HR processes, contributing to organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and regulatory compliance, with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on the HR function.
Key Activities:International HR Project Coordination
- Lead and coordinate cross-country HR projects (e.G. set-up and development of local HR structures, roll-out of global HR policies, process harmonization initiatives).
- Plan and manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact between HQ,



local HR teams, external consultants, and international partners.

Core HR Activities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: support and coordinate international hiring strategies, including selection processes and onboarding activities.
- Learning & Development: contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Performance Management: support performance review cycles, talent assessment, and development processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: support the definition and governance of compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with local market practices and internal equity.
- Employee Relations: support the management of employee relations and day-to-day HR matters across different geographies.
