valuation and documentation;Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment theses and valuation work;Monitor portfolio company performance, reviewing monthly/quarterly reporting, and assessing corporate initiatives;Partner with management teams to drive value creation, including M&A;, operational initiatives, and strategic planning;Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal Investment Committee review;Build and maintain intermediary relationships;Represent the firm professionally in external meetings and industry events.Competenze ed esperienzaMain requirements:Bachelor or master's degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or Engineering;2-5 years of experience gained in Private Equity Funds or Investment
