PositionWe are looking for a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to help shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.
ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Analysis
- Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Analyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement
- Define and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured effectively for downstream systems and AI-powered customer care
- Map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systems
- Translate requirement
