**Sodexo Italia, multinational leader in Food & FM services, is looking for a** **Financial Accountant** The position is responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and proactively supporting the Finance Department of Sodexo Italia. The main activities and responsibilities are: - **Support the Accounts Payable process** (collecting approvals and preparing invoices for booking)
- **Oversee the Capex process** (preparing capex invoices and reporting expenditure)
- **Monthly accounting closing activities**: contribution to the monthly and year-end closing tasks (reconciliation of balance sheet items and booking of cost accruals)
- **Management of the IFR16 database**: - **Support the implementation and migration to the new S/4 Hana ERP system**: - **Support to External Auditors** The required qualifications also include: - **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields**:



- **Professional-level knowledge of Excel** (basic formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- **Good familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems**: - Strong analytical and organizational skills, curiosity, attention to details and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in team
