Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Football Player role based in Campobasso with US Alessandria Calcio. The Football Player will participate in daily training sessions, tactical drills, and match preparation under the guidance of the coaching staff. Responsibilities include maintaining peak physical fitness, executing team strategies during matches, collaborating closely with teammates, and adhering to club rules and schedules. The role also involves regular performance reviews, video analysis sessions, and participation in team meetings, community events, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Football skills, including technical ability, tactical awareness, and match discipline.
Candidates should possess Training and Coaching-related skills,



such as following structured training programs and responding effectively to Football Coaching instructions.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear on-field communication and constructive interaction with coaches, teammates, and staff.
Candidates should possess high levels of physical fitness, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement and professional conduct.
Candidates should possess prior experience playing competitive football at club, academy, or professional level; understanding of sports nutrition and injury prevention is beneficial.
