With full ownership of the country’s financial planning, performance steering, and strategic decision-making, you will play a key role in shaping the financial health, strategic direction and long-term success of the business in a highly competitive and fast-evolving environment.You will lead a high-performing team that combines financial excellence with strategic foresight, partnering with leaders across operations, marketing, q-commerce, commercial and more, ensuring that every initiative is value-generating,



and every euro spent creates real impact.The JourneyLead a Finance & Strategy team that delivers insights, proactively identifies opportunities, and challenges the status quo to shape the future of our business.Be the strategic right-hand to the General Manager: provide guidance on the country's roadmap, investment decisions, business model evolution, and other opportunities.Own and steer the full P&L;, from revenue levers to cost annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, partnering with all departments to drive transparency and accountability.Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and predictive models to guide expansion, commercial strategy, operational optimisation and innovation efforts.Partner with the central finance, strategy, and data teams to ensure alignment and best-in-class execution.Be a trusted counterpart in C-level discussions with accountability
